SHIPPING AVAILABILITY AND CARRIERS

• CREMA Shop currently only ships within the United States and Puerto Rico.
  
• Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping options are offered through the United States Postal Service and UPS.
  
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and based on weight and estimated size of the package.
• There are no additional handling fees.
• All shipping services offered include a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items on their way to the destination. It is recommended that you insure your order shipment (also in Refund Policy). 
• Please consider delays due to Covid-19, holidays, local and national shortages, and weather (especially in the winter).
