REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• ALL sales are final.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately via email at info@shopcrema.com. You may cancel your order within 24 hours and receive a full refund, if applicable (excluding Gift Cards). 
  
• Once your order ships, within 2-3 business days, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
• Due to the nature of our products, no items are eligible for returns or exchanges.
  
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items on their way to the destination. It is recommended that you insure your order shipment (also in Shipping Policy).
